Prices shown on our website, booking pages, forms, or social media are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, level of soiling, pet hair, stains, salt, odors, add-ons, location, and overall condition.

Any instant quote, estimate, or preliminary price is subject to confirmation once we review the vehicle details or arrive for the appointment.

3. Bookings and Appointments

By booking with us, you agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and service information. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith, but arrival times may vary slightly due to travel, weather, traffic, or earlier appointments running longer than expected.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, shorten, or modify a service if the vehicle condition is materially different from what was described, if the job presents safety concerns, or if the requested service cannot reasonably be completed under the booked conditions.

4. Vehicle Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Please remove valuable items, sensitive documents, weapons, illegal items, and personal belongings before the appointment whenever possible.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle, trunk, glovebox, consoles, or other compartments.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept payment through one or more approved payment methods offered by our business. Deposits, if used, may be required to confirm certain bookings, larger jobs, or high-demand appointment times.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee or retain a deposit where a booking was reserved and then cancelled late, missed, or made unavailable at the time of service.

If weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control affect the appointment, we may reschedule the service to the next available time.

7. Mobile Service and Weather Conditions

Because we operate as a mobile detailing service, certain services may be limited by rain, snow, wind, temperature, driveway conditions, lighting, space constraints, or access to the vehicle. If needed, we may recommend a modified service, indoor arrangement, garage-based appointment, or a new booking date.

8. Results and Service Limitations

Detailing significantly improves a vehicle’s appearance, but results can vary depending on age, wear, contamination, staining, material condition, prior damage, and maintenance history. Some issues may be improved without being fully removed, including deep stains, salt damage, odors, scratches, etching, pet hair, embedded debris, worn trim, or permanent discoloration.

We do not guarantee restoration to factory-new condition unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific service.

9. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose trim, failing clear coat, cracked leather, delicate upholstery, faulty electronics, prior repair work, weak paint, or damaged interior components. If we notice a concern before or during service, we may document it and notify you.

10. Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern with your service, please contact us as soon as possible after the appointment so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, work toward a reasonable resolution.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, copy content for commercial use without permission, or use the site in a way that harms our business or other users.

12. Intellectual Property
